converting database to sweetdate

I’m been testing sweetdate for the last few days so I can use it for an established website that crrently uses phpmatchmaker (it’s a script that does not use wordpress)

Could you please give me some tips on how I would go about converting the database to sweetdate

any scripts that are available that can do this automatically?

It doesnt seem too difficult as there are not many users
