Copy to Child Theme

Hi,
Redesigning my site with the Kleo theme… Great Theme!!
It is not my live site but in a separate folder install (/ptg2) I’ve setup a lot of the UI but there have been no changes to code… have no idea how to do that. I read that them child theme is the way to go about messing around with this for some custom things I’m hoping to do. I have the child theme installed now and wondering how I can copy what I’ve done to the main theme to the child theme now so I can start more complex work.
