Could you supply my requirement for sharing posts in multisite environment?

I am now using multisite environment, and if possible, I want to show the all recent posts throughout my network in my main site, which KLEO’s theme is used in.

I want to utilize your good style for post page, if you have suggestion, could you let me know about how can I show all recents post in main Site?
