Couple profile – date of birth and search

Hi,
I am creating dating website where I have man, woman and couple profile. I’ve got 3 issues:

1. When adding Partner’s age in profile field and use date selector, it does’t work as it should. One of the partner’s age is showing correctly but the other partner’s age is showing 1997-01-06 00:00:00 Any idea how to solve this? Please see attached picture.

2. I would like to have birthday field showing in Registration Form as “Date of Birth” ( and “Partner’s Date of Birth” ) and once registered it would show in Profile field as “Age” ( and “Partner’s age” ). How can I achieve this?

3. As I’ve mentioned earlier, I have 3 fields in “I am” ( Man, Woman, Couple ) and therefore I have 3 fields in “Looking for” ( Man, Woman, Couple ) but in field “Looking for” I had to choose Checkboxes as I want to allow my users to choose more options ( e.g. Woman looking for Man and Couple ). The problem is, that I can’t implement this in my search results as I am not able to add “Looking for” into Select matching field ( see attached picture ). Is there any other way I can get this working? This is very important for me…been working on it for a while!
