Cover Image on Groups disappears when you click on Media tab

Hello,

 

I’ve just noticed that when I navigate in the Group tabs, the cover photo disappears whenever you select the ‘Media’ tab. I added a couple of Groups just to see if it is a one-off but it does it for all of them. Please see attachments.
