I noticed yesterday that one of my accounts had the same cover photo as my other account. I thought maybe it was an issue because I had 3 different sessions going in different browsers with different accounts. It also reminded me that I wanted to add a default cover image so I did that but all of the accounts got the same cover photo as my original account NOT the new default one I uploaded.
I removed the default and they all went away. But if I create a new account and try to add a cover image it’s also the same as my original account. Everyone seems to be getting this same image. I believe it was the first cover image ever uploaded to the site. I can’t seem to delete or change it on that original account either.July 3, 2015 at 19:45 #66371sharmstrModeratorSounds like a caching issue.

July 3, 2015 at 19:58 #66376sharmstrModeratorLook for a plugin conflict.
Also, are you running current versions of Kleo, K-elements and BP?

July 3, 2015 at 20:00 #66377ScotKinneyParticipantUsing WordFence, I cleared the cache just now and it said 0 files were deleted, which is odd in and of itself but tells me no files are being cached.
July 3, 2015 at 20:02 #66379ScotKinneyParticipantIf I go to update my cover photo in account #2 it shows me the one I actually had, but it’s not displaying the correct one if that tells us anything.
July 3, 2015 at 20:05 #66380sharmstrModeratorLooks like you’re running kleo 3, not Kleo 3.0.3. A really old version of Visual Composer that shouldnt cause this issue but will cause a slew of other issues.

July 3, 2015 at 20:13 #66383ScotKinneyParticipantha! I found it…lol Sorry, I had added a little bit to quick css to round the corners: See any problems there? lol Sorry man.
body.buddypress.is-user-profile div#item-header {
background-image: url(“http://www.alterverse.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/JB_BG.jpg”);
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-size: cover;
background-position: center;
border-radius: 6px;
}July 3, 2015 at 20:14 #66384sharmstrModeratorHere’s something interesting. The image is written to the body of the page, so if you have caching enabled, that could be your issue. See attached.

July 3, 2015 at 21:17 #66391ScotKinneyParticipantBJ LazyLoad plugin was hosing up the change avatar profile. I deactivated it and now it works as expected.
