Create A Video Next to the search box on the front page

Hello, I have a video I wanted to add to the from page right at the top, on the right hand side on the register box, which is the option I selected to have at the top of the left hand side of the page.

How would I go about adding a video embeded right next to this search box on the following website, http://www.dating4marriage4life.com

I also need to change some of the search fields, to match my niche website. Can this be done, and to ban any one who doesn’t compare to the necessary requirements automatically?

I will appreciate if you could add the ability to warn and probably remove any member violating our policies. I will not want any one wanting to join the website to wait till I approve him/her before she can be a member or start using the dating site. This may constitute a huge work for me in the future. Only within yesterday over 30-40 people have join the website. This means I have to dedicate time screening this people for approval. If you can implement my earlier description where only those that meet the requirement can become member, then I have the ability to warn or remove any member violating policies. That will be great.

Also how can i relapse the matching criteria such as country to country match and as such, so that members can find dating across their borders and origin easily. Also, is important members to contact any members who is currently online easily for a chat or date. So please let their be a kind of header or side bar that shows and search for members who are currently online.

Also, As just one more thing. I am building the website for a client. Who is wished the website to only be for Christianity. So he is a bit upset when a man is looking for a man and a women is looking for a women. IS there a way of having these options, but not allowing the registration unless it’s as man for women, women for man. As I have tried everything. I have also added some text to say this is only for users of faith.
I have also had problems with the wp capcha plugin. This doesn’t seem to show up on the registration page. As I have around 80 users applied, which all appear to be spam.

I have managed to add the video on the front page, so this can be ignored. Although, as you can see it shows right under the search box. Is there a way I can get this to line up side by side with a gap between the search box. Many thanks. I tried using aligning code without success.

1. for adding the video you can use the revolution slider with one slide only. In the “edit slide” options you can add a YouTube video and set its position compared with the form, take a look at my screenshots
