Hello, Hope all is well…Concerning how to create an account

I followed your instruction but it always direct me to the homepage..

I go to Settings > General, check anyone can register, then go to Settings > Buddypress and choose the register page, save.

Now go to Tools > Buddypress and check all options.
Also go to Settings > Permalinks , change to Default, save then change again to post name, save.

But it always direct me to the homepage..

Please advice.

Hi,

When i access your registration link http://www.matchingzone.com/register/ it says User registration is currently not allowed.

Make this setting Settings > General check anyone can register and leave the site with this setting then let me know to check.

I also would like to change the profile page from sweetdate to kleo’s date and i saw an answer for this question and i paste the following code into style.css in the child theme but it didn’t work.

Hi,

Making sweetdate profile to look like kleo it require more time to implement this and this cannot be done with little css, it implies some html and js modifications.

The changes you require are not quick fixes or something that can be styled from the theme panel since it is too complex and will require modifications in the theme structure. Custom development is not covered by our support forum, so you may ask for a programmer to help, or you can check the availability of our development team by sending an email to our project manager Cornel at cornel@seventhqueen.com

Hi,

If you access the site with www. prefix the registration works http://www.matchingzone.com/register/

Make sure if you have WordPress Address (URL) same as Site Address (URL) in wp-admin -> general -> settings ->

Choose if you want prefix of without.
