Hello,

I’m new with Kleo.  Is there a manual/tutorial available to help me make (from scratch) a ‘register’ / ‘create an acoount’-page?

Hello 🙂
Here is the documentation https://archived.seventhqueen.com/kleo/

But its very easy, the registration page comes from buddypress plugin, so you need to add the fields to the BASE group at Users > Profile fields and those will appear at the register page
Make sure you have them selected at Settings > Buddypress > Pages
