Is there a way to customize the text that shows up on the home page Account Sign-up form?
Currently reads, “Registering for this site is easy, just fill in the fields below and we will get a new account set up for you in no time.”
Really nice new update feature….
Thanks!September 20, 2013 at 04:29 #3106moonpickParticipantCopy the “page-parts” folder from Sweetdate to the Sweetdate-child. Then edit home-register-form.php and you will see the text at the top to change.

If you want to make changes just to the register form then only copy that file.Cheers

Having problems with that set-up and wondering if it can be done
using the Quick CSS in the styling options section of Sweetdate?
Thanks.October 16, 2013 at 23:20 #4508SQadminKeymasterHi, It should be easy to enable the child theme. You just activate it and copy the template to the same folder structure.
However you can use a trick and change buddypress words with your own by translating the buddypress english strings to… english 🙂
You can use Codestyling localization and go to edit Buddypress english strings. Find “Registering for this site is easy…” phrase and translate it to what you want. Then generate the .mo fileHi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question.
