Creating a Media page for Pics and Videos

I wanted to know is it possible to make a gallery page when a users makes his/her pic/vid public in their personal media section.

For example I upload a video in my personal media section and I made it public for all to see and it automatically populates in a main page named eg. gallery.

If so is there a way we can separate the video content from the pictures?

Any helps would be appreciated.

Create a global album. Users select it on upload. Create the gallery pages for images and video specifying that album. You can also add an uploader to the gallery page.
