Creating default object from empty value.

Hello,
I purchased this theme about 3 days ago and got most everything working great. However I am now experience the following issues. Can you please provide a solution and explanation on this so I am informed if this should happen again.

On a side note. I have been a website developer for 10+ years and 3 years ago only using WordPress. I must say this is quite possibly the best theme I have ever worked with. You guys have done an absolutely incomparable job. Please direct message somewhere so I can submit a good review.
