Creating photo and video stream for users

Hi,

Your theme has been really awesome so far but we’re struggling with one problem to which after couple of hours we haven’t found a solution. So help would be appreciated.

We’re trying to create a photostream and videostream as part of media section of the website. In the photo/video stream I want to have 3 key sub parts:

1) Top rated photos/videos – on top

2) Photo/Video Albums – in the middle

3) All photos/videos – on the bottom

We want to enable users to upload photos/videos, and we can’t simply find these functions. How would you approach this problem? Deadlines are pretty tight so please help out 😉
