css and page scrolling

Concerning page scrolling, after the 3 .1 update none of my  pages would scroll.  In the css I put the following:

body {
overflow: auto !important;
}

This works, however, I have to go through every page and put it into the css.  Can I just go to appearance/css and place it there for it to effect all pages current and future?  Or, is there a permanent solution?

Hi,

Make a test with the minification off, clear browser cache and let me know if it works.

I think this is caused by css minify, i suggest you to exclude for minify the file app.min.css
