CSS totally messed up…

Hi there,

I had my page super setup and running but since I updated (I guess) it looks super weird. I have thick borders around fields (search field and profile pictures). Some buttons are showing monospace font (which I never set to look like this and my buttons are not all showing up well.. Some are black when hovering over instead of being orange.

What happened and how can I fix it? I have a bit knowledge of CSS and tried to solve the problem but cannot fix everything and everywhere because it was working once and now it is not anymore…

Hello, how did you update it? Did someone edit the css of your site?

Hi Laura,

I am not even sure it happened after the update. I did one automatically in wordpress backend and one by uploading the new files via ftp. Nobody changed CSS because only me is working on the page and I deleted all custom CSS already to see if this would help but it didnt.

Check the button on http://www.sportcontacts.de/marktplatz/ (there is only one) it should show Open Sans Font in smaller size just how I set it up in Theem Options.

I even created a class for that button but the changes are not made. Please check with the login credentials I gave you.

As well I installed everything from ground up and it looks just like your demo theme then but as soon as I import pages to the new installation it is messed up again. I do not see any logic here 🙁

I set all the colors in theme options so the Add a friend button should be orange but it is showing green. Even if I delete all custom css.

Where is this problem coming from??

Hello, it is, please check attachment
I think its a cache issue, any plugin that uses cache or your own browser cache.

Couldnt figure it out until now.

Yes, of course I saw it but I have problems everywhere on the page. For example on http://www.sportcontacts.de/get-connected/

The fields not being in one level, the button is totally screwed up and the text inside the fields as well..

All over the website I have CSS errors..
