Custom fields to the register shortcode

Hi there,

First of all, I wanted to thank you for your wonderfull theme and great documentation.

I managed to remove the username from kleo_register.php using the child theme and functions.php (thanks to this doc: https://archived.seventhqueen.com/kleo/article/overriding-shortcodes-in-the-kleo-child-theme). But I can’t find out how to add fileds to this shortcode form, just like you added username. I would like to add one more mandatory input, called region, that user registering through the register short code have to fill in. I’ve some dev and wordpress background, but I couldn’t find out how to do it.
