Custom Logo not showing on inner page

I am trying to create a page (http://waycool.us/norml/) that looks totally different from the rest of the site and I am having two issues:

1. I have selected a custom logo to be shown on the page, but it’s not showing.

2. I have created and selected a custom menu to be used and it’s not showing up.

See attached screenshots with settings.

 

If you look at the page: http://waycool.us/norml/ you’ll see that the custom logo and the custom menu are not showing.

 

If you need admin access, either refer to earlier ticket with credentials or I will post as private as a response (but I cannot see how to post this ticket as private when first creating it)

 

Not sure what setting I might have missed, either on this page or globally, that’s not allowing the custom logo or custom menu to show.
