    Hi Support

    we have implemented Subscriptio on a new website and tested it working correctly.

    However, we have our first client trying to pay for the subscription and always getting the error “Unable to add a new card. We have not charged your card. Please try again”.

    When testing with a test product of $1, we can confirm everything seems to be working as expected: order is created, subscription is created and payment goes through the stripe account successful.

    But when the client tries himself, still receives that same error and we can’t understand why.

    Can you please help us out as soon as possible? We can’t understand why the customer is not able to pay for the subscription.
