Customer Survey

I’m  building a business directory site with your theme (ie: Angie’s List). I’m looking to be able to have customers answer questions about a business’s services using drop down options. For example,

• Was the plumber on time? Yes/No.
• Did the job cost what was quoted? Yes/No

There would be a whole series of these kinds of questions. Can the Kleo theme do this itself or would I need to use a plugin? I need to be able to make sure the survey results are part of the business profile page. So there will be many different surveys for different businesses and each business could have more than one survey (all of which would be displayed under the profile page).

Please let me know this makes sense and is possible with your theme. If not, what plugin do you suggest?

Kleo itself doesnt have this functionality. There are plenty of form plugins out there, but tying them into BP profiles would be the catch. Perhaps you should speak with Geo Directory. They have the directory (obviously), but have add ons for buddypress integration and have a review plugin. It doesnt look like their review plugin has many field choices, but perhaps someone in their forums has come up with a similar solution.
