Customisation

Hello
I want make customisations to the WordPress directory website http://www.nationalacweddingshow.
(The website theme uses the Geo Directory Plugin)

CHANGES NEEDED:
Edit Menu navigation set up to be: HOME | CREATE LISTING | FREE SIGN UP | LOGIN | CONTACT
and delete ALL other menu pages.

Replace the MAP on the home page with Picture Images

The website will not be a WEDDING VENDORS directory
I have already filled in the different vendor categories and I will fill in the different business posts listings later myself.

Please let me know if
a) Can you do it?
b) How long to complete
c) Cost
