Customise Posts Page Layout

Hi,

For some reason my Posts Page won’t customise. I would like to change its layout but it seems it doesn’t want to accept any modification through Visual Composer. And I don’t even have Classic Mode in the editing area.

If it can be of more clarification, it is the only page where I have this written: “You are currently editing the page that shows your latest posts.”

There are a few pages that are merely placeholders for WP and other plugins to work their magic and cant be edited with the page editor. Your blogs page is one of them. Buddypress pages are some of the others.
