Customize the Password Reset Form

How do you customize the Password Reset Form,  it just looks like a standard bland wordpress page?

 

I use the Buddypress login widget, click on the lost password option, I get the next window where I enter in my username/email, click Reset Password.  The email is sent.

Then I click on the link in the email to reset password and it takes me to that bland page that I would like to customize.

 

The page link is ….http://mydomainname/wp-login.php?action=rp
