Date Picker not working

Hello, why does the date field show as a text field on the search form instead of a date picker, How can this be rectified, This is strange because in the registration form it is correct but in the serach for it shows a text field.This is critical for my website to function.!

Hi, thank you your feedback. My website is about car pooling I need the date picker not an age in the search form I need date field to be a date selection as it is upon registration, not a text field.

you can use “Select Age Range Field” and users can search cars based on manufacture year.
