Hello,
In Kelo Theme option, there is “Default Featured Image Placeholder“, and I did set a image, please check here:http://prntscr.com/eqljkb
But that Featured Image does not show up at frontend if the page is created with “post grid element”, please check here for backend setting: http://prntscr.com/eqlkiw, and the frontend screenshort at: http://prntscr.com/eqll6e
Also, there are images in those posts, and I enabled “Get Featured image from content* ” in theme option, please check screenshot here: http://prntscr.com/eqlmb4, but the featured images are still not show up if the page was created with “post grid element”.
You might like check the page at http://lxp.lovcour.com, and let me know how to resolve it, thanks so much.

April 4, 2017 at 18:16 #157588RaduModeratorHi,
The Default Featured Image Placeholder are available only for blog and our shortcodes.
Visual composer it places this image as placeholder : http://localhost/kleo/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/assets/vc/vc_gitem_image.png an easy solution it’s to replace this file with your desired image but with same name
Cheers
