Delete account in profile not working but activated in settings

Hi,

 

the button “delete account” in user`s profile is not working. It is not linked anywhere.

 

In the backend on buddy press settings I activated that registered users can delete there profile but it is not doing anything.

 

How I can solve that issue?

A couple of things

1 – The version of Kleo you’re on isnt BP 2.4 compatible. Upgrade to Kleo 3.1.3.

2 – Look for plugin conflicts

3 – Try resaving your permalinks

Hi sharmstr,

1. I updated all plugins and theme files. – Nothing helped.
2. Deactivated all plugins – nothing helped
3. tried reserving permalink – nothing helped.

Please have a closer look. When I hit the button “Delete account” it is not linking me anywhere – nothing is happening.

This isnt a bug. You’ve hidden the confirm checkbox in your custom css. Remove these lines from your custom css
