Delete two out of four icons on home page and center icons

HI there,

 

I would like to delete the two icons/counting thingys from home page.

 

When I delete women online and men online icons I cannot manage to show the other two icons/counters centered.

 

Could you please provide me a shortcode to exchange the one on the home page –> same like in your demo.
