    Dear friends,

    I have installed the theme but the demo installation never creates the Menu. My website is devoided of menus. this is a serious problem, You should provide a flawless demo installation procedure. It’s very frustrating to encounter this kind of problem. Makes me feel like asking for a refund.

    I have tried three different approaches to installing the demo, including the manual import procedure and I always obtain the same bad result: I never get the menus to be imported.

    I really feel that authors have to be more accurate when they create their demo content installers. It is totally unacceptable to wait for a support ticket to be answered yo obtain what you should get in a matter of minutes with a well-crafted demo installers. This should be the rule for professional premium themes.
    This is my second BAD experience in just a week, a very bad demo installer and guys, believe me, I feel very tempted to ask for a refund. I feel fooled!

    It’s very disappointing to buy a product that claims “One Click Demos Install” and that does not deliver just that. I bought a great real estate theme, MyHouse, well crafted and with a very efficient Demo Installer, so good that it shows very detailed progress and install the content that shows you when you see their demo site. Why do you lie? I am losing very valuable time to solve a step, that if you just DELIVER WHAT YOU PROMISED, I can do it in a few minutes. Instead, I have to wait for you 48 hours!!

    It’s just not fair!!

    Bad, terrible service. A girl that does not have an idea of what customer service is, appeared just to say that she will assign my ticket to a higher level of support!! You are a bad theme provider, a terrible one! You offer One Click Demo Install but deliver a site devoided of navigation. And you take 2 days just to solve this issue!! Your installation process is very faulty, the plugins often requiring 2, 3 or more attempts just to install and activate them. And the cherry in the pay… NO MENUS!! NO NAVIGATION!! Besides, you provide no images, the real site lacks the visual appealing of your ThemeForest demo. And don’t give me the crap about it’s an image license issue, cause you have enough sales -almost 16k- to provide good quality demo content. Take Be Theme as a reference, the demos they offer are the ones they deliver with de prebuild sites installer. Your simple don’t deliver what you promised!!

    Hello, I am sorry to hear about your experience, I can assure you that we are always trying to improve user experience and we never thought to advertise our product with something that isn’t true. Can you let me know what images are you referring to?
    Also I am not aware of plugin install issues but I can check your site if you can give me more details.
    I understand you about the images and in our latest added demos we include all the images. There are a few demos from the last years that remained with some placeholders.

    I am here to help you and guide you to set the theme up perfectly.

    And what about the total absence of menus? I am really disappointed with your product, I cannot imagine how have you managed to sell so many licenses, cause the experience is terrible. And it’s not that a novice WP user, no sir. I have been using WP since 2013 and have some pleasant experiences like with Be Theme from Muffin Group and MyHose from TangibleDesign, very very professional Demo installers. They just deliver what the show you on their own demo sites.

    That is not the case with you, that have a very faulty installeR AND A VERY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SISTEM. When was the last time that you test it in real life situations? I guess you have not in a long time! NOW READ THIS: You did not take even the time to check that IN MI FIRST MESSAGE I SENT YOU AN ADMINISTRATOR USER CREDENTIALS.

    Why in hell I have to wait for people who don’t care about me as a customer for days to solve a simple task that should only take 10 minutes to complete? If your theme would be a well-crafted product, it would install flawlessly the first time. We should not be having this conversation at all.

    So, what will happen when I need to create another community site? Pass through this uncomfortable and annoying process again?

    You better recommend me a good BuddyPress theme, one that has a great customer support and a perfect demo installer, instead.

    …and when I talk about another community sites is because I have a couple more on the line and will need to be sure that the themes I will buy for them are the good ones!

    Hi there, I saw your credentials, in my earlier reply I wanted to know more details on the problems you encountered so I can dig bit and run some tests. What demo you installed?
    I believe our product is a strong and promising one. If you ran into problems when importing a demo and the menus didn’t went well I want to check it and fix it.

    Please let me know. I could do it for you but I want to make sure this won’t happen in the future

    Nope, you just created quiclky a short menu. I want the whole menu, I want the whole demo installed and I want the Community site version, the one that I enjoy in tour demo in Themeforest. Don’t give less. I also want to ask you that you correct the installer, so I can do it myself with a second or third license, once I nned to do it and not to pass this terrible delay and great loss of time, please.

    Please compare the short menu you did not import, but created, to the one that is on the demo that you have in Themeforest.
