ParticipantHi, I been trying to install the demo content of Kleo and was imposible. Fall every time I try. I try several times reinstalling WP but nothing happen. I try the next:
1 – Following the video about this item.
2 – Manually Uploading the xml file.
3 – Deactivating all plugins before to import the content.
3 – Using the xml file in gz format as describe in some places (other forums) I was googling looking for a solution.
4 – Checking the CHMOD of all files.
5 – I was thinking in a problem with the zip file downloaded from themefores, then re download te pack, but I had the same problem.
It has been very frustrating because I had to reinstall WP several times for nothing.
I am using WP for years and never had this problem.
Can you help me and public the solution for other user. I can see many people had similar problems importing the DEMO CONTENT.
My site is not available. I am starting to build it.

What error do you receive ?
Please provide admin credentials i can try too to import demo content.

The problem is when I try to install the DEMO PACK of Kleo. WordPress shows a white screen and it does not respond. Sometime, I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes but nothing happened.
I try to charge the demo content following the Video Tutorial and it does not work.
I try using the XML file using the Import Plugin (manual system) and the same problem. Sometimes, charge few posts and pictures but no more.
I tried compressing the XML file to GZ but nothing.
I tried to install the system several times for this problem.
I have your another Theme (Sweet Date) and worked perfectly.
I have some experience en WP (years) but never had this problem.
I appreciate your help.
If you can fix it, please, explain me how you don, because is something go wrong, may be I need to re-install the system again and I do not want to annoying you again.
I’ll send you the credentials by email.

I cannot login to your dashboard,
The import problem cam be caused by some server settings and amount of data that you import via POST to server.
If you faced problems importing demo content, please, make sure that your php.ini settings are not less than:
max_execution_time = 60
memory_limit = 256M
post_max_size = 64M
upload_max_filesize = 64MYou can contact your hosting company for more details and assistance on it.
NOTE : After you start import process when you receive the blank page just refresh the page and the browser will say that will resend the data to server press yes, repeat (3-4-5-6 times)this process until you receive the successful message.
