Hello,
I can’t upload the demo content. I reinstalled wp many time. Tried this solution
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/xml-import-fails-internal-server-errorbut nothing worked. I get the same error each time, attached a screenshot.
It used to work properly, I don’t know what happened ..Thanks

Your videos make it out to look user friendly and comprehensive. The content does not upload like your demo’s, and the content is anything but complete. I’ve tried your contact information but your email address does not exist.

Sorry about your experience. I have to say that this is the first time this happens to me with Sweet Date. It worked exactly like the video, very easy and straight forward.I believe this has to do with the new version.. hopefully everything will be fixed soon.

Thank you for your quick response. I thought this was a forum for the Kleo theme by seventh queen.
The issue I am having is with loading all the demo content that the theme says it includes. After following the step by step video I am left without 90% of the pages they show on the demo sites. I’ve attached a screen grab to show you what my demo-content.xml file created as far as pages.

Thanks for being our customer.October 10, 2014 at 17:38 #31344TimaParticipantI tried many things and eventually installed old wordpress 3.8.2 and Sweetdate 2.6 When I uploaded the demo content, didn’t check “Download and import file attachments”, It worked !!!
I don’t know which of the above variables did the trick, but it worked.

October 12, 2014 at 18:38 #31486AbeKeymasterI think unchecking Download and import file attachments” did the trick. It could be related to the long import time and probably a value on your server related to PHP max execution time

some of them are already imported as you can see in the messages and Portfolio isn’t imported since you don’t have 2.0 version of the theme. Update the theme and do the import againHi there!!!
