Hi,

This is default buddypress profiles on kleo, indifferently what demo do you import.

After importing All Demo Data from example you should set from wp-admin -> theme options -> buddypress -> Enable Full width Profile Header.

Hi there, when I have my register page set up and I create user account and log in, I ge this:
http://earlyinterventionist.com/wp-admin/profile.php and the page is blank? How can I get this to show up properly?

When you receive blank white pages please enable wp-debug to can figure out what causing this

In generally this white screen is caused by low php memory allocation to server.

I changed it in my wp-config file but I don’t understand what I’m supposed to be seeing. I’m still getting a blank screen and I set my php memory limit to 256M so I don’t see why that should be an issue. Please provide a little bit more specific advice.

also, I’m wondering what page people should be directed to after they have activate their account. Shouldn’t it be mysite/profile.php as opposed to mysite/wp-admin/profile.php?
Maybe there is just something wrong with my page setup?

IF you change limit to your wp config from 128 to 256 the whitepage disappears ?

Regarding the redirect you can choose what do you want to happen after an user login from here : http://localhost/wp-admin/admin.php?page=kleo_options&tab=21 replace localhost with your site.

Another cause regarding the white screen can be UN-updated plugins, make sure that all plugins are to latest version.

Hi,
when you are logged in as admin, there is no issue. However, when you register as a new user and press the link to activate your account, it redirects to earlyinterventionist/wp-admin/profile.php? and then shows up as white.

Also, another issue I’ve been having with account activation is that I keep getting an invalid key notice when I try to activate a new user from my email, see screenshot attached.

Hi,

The activation mail and key works OK, just I’ve tested see attached screenshot.

Regarding the white page on wp admin as user, i suggest you to disable all plugins and any other modifications like child theme functions.php and to update theme to 3.1.3 version and also the plugins.

Hi there,
It may be working for you, but it’s still not working on my end. I even went incognito in case it was the caching.

Regarding your second point, my theme was already updated, but I did deactivate and reactivate all plugins. I can’t even test if I can get to the profile though because all activations are invalid.

I accessed the link and i receive success notification ( see attachment )

Regarding the whitepage, i not see something like that, the dashboard it works as you can see in second screenshot.

I don’t see any problem with the theme.

Make a test with a new email address that you have not using to signup on your website.

And if you still encounter problems please tell me exact steps to reproduce your described issues.

I’ve tested again to sign-up to your website and the signup process it works without any problem. ( see attached screenshot )

Why are you so sure that is a kleo related problem ? rather this can be a wp or buddypress related problem. I suggest to search on google, https://wordpress.org/support/ and/or https://buddypress.org/support/
