I have the ploblem that members do not appear as basic members then the they are online.
counter says 153 members. there are 163 members in subriberlist  in members page 154. In Promember list only 125 members.

I lose 75 % of incomming members.

web devellopper at web10.dk says that is a programming error from you. Can you help to fix it?

Hi,

That members has logged ever ? if not that’s the reason

You can try to repair user meta from wp-admin -> tools -> buddypress -> check Repair total members count. and Repair member “last activity” data.
