directory category block mergin in to mush…

Hi, my categories blocks on mobile is all mushed together.. i.e., 8 categories merger together to show 3 or 4 categories on a mobile… disabled and enable other plugins but still the same issue.

 

check it out on a mobile or reduce the web page to the mobile size to see the effect..
