Disable bbPress

Can we get a version release of Kleo without bbPress?
I’m sure people like it, but I find it to be dated to have forums on a social site (personal take) and would like to have a release that didn’t include bbPress built into Kleo.

I could take it out myself of the main theme files but my issue would be future updates to the theme that would overwrite it.

bbPress is a plugin, why not deactivated it from admin panel > plugins?

Because it’s not just a plugin in the theme. Kleo comes with a bunch of additional files for the plugin.

Hi, if you don’t have the plugin activated then all those files won’t be used, won’t be loaded in any way. If you fell better, just delete the bbpress folder inside kleo theme but it will be the same result as deactivating the plugin
