disable mobile

I want to disable the mobile version all together so on devices it just shows the regular homepage. How can I do this?

Simply want to have the browser version show up on mobile devices. Non-responsive just the same desktop view or version/theme on mobile instead of the responsive. So the site looks exactly the same way on mobile devcies as it does on a pc.
