Disable wp admin dashboard access for all user except Admin ?

Hi again,

I’m trying to resolve the issue with various plugins of accessing wp admin dashboard by ordinary users but it doesn’t work. Again i disabled admin toolbar and users don’t have direct link to the backend but if usual subscriber try to write down site-name.com/wp-admin in browser with its password he can get to the backend.

Can i somehow disable this ??
