disappear one level membership in the register page

Hi, in the page of membresia disappear a level after a client buy it, or we don´t know very well why happen this, can you help us please.

We hava created two levels membership on paid memberships pro plugin, and at first time, this two levels are shown on level page, but after a user select one of this level and pay for this, only one level is shown level page. We have uninstalled paid memberships pro plugin and install again with no luck.
