Display All Testimonials

I have 7 testimonials. I want to display them all. Only the three most recent are showing up. Is there a setting somewhere so I can have all of them listed?

Thanks. that was helpful. How can I arrange the testimonials in the order I want? I don’t see what determines which testimonial displays first, second, etc.
