Display link menu item based on member level?

I want to have a custom link in my main nav that only displays to logged in user of membership level 3. The rest of the menu all user should be able to see.

The main op nav menu has a link MDS Access that I only want to display to members of level 3.
I did not give you a membership level only administrator….
