Display post in lightbox without header/footer

As title.  Is it possible to do in Home Pinterest page

I not understand exactly what do you mean, you want to display featured image in lightbox instead to go to post page after you click ?

You can hide header and footer by going to your page backend ( wp-admin -> pages -> your page )

Then see the attached photo

I mean to display the entire post content (not just an image) in a Lightbox. Like another theme Pinboard (from themify ) do. See attachment
