Display recent forum posts

Can I add something to display the recent forum posts on my home page? I have the individual forums linked out, but I’d like to add a section where recent forum posts are displayed. Is this an option at all? I couldn’t seem to find a plugin that works either.

You can use the Widgetised Sidebar shortcode in VC. Create a sidebar (apperance > sidebar), add the recent topics widget (appearance > widgets), then choose that sidebar in the shortcode settings.
