Display social share icons on main blog page?

Hi there,

I’d like to display social share icons on main blog page not just on the single blog page.

Under theme options I’ve enabled the following:
Enable Social share*Display social share icons after single blog entry

When I look at big blogs like engadget and tech crunch they all have them on the main page so users can like or share without having to “continue reading”.

I really love your theme! I’m using the GeoDirectory plugin and would like to have the Social Share icons appear below each GeoDirectory listing – how can this be done?
