Displaying a photo of a member with his id

I am displaying the photo and nickname of some members to the one in a sidebar
I have not found widget

Is there a function to display with this parameter as the id member?

Do you have a hook that would allow me to write a sidebar (I want to limit the profile display for a number of months)
