Divider with icon issue + Icon box position in mobile

Hi,

Found some issue for my website.

1st – The divider with icon. It is ok for the original but when I duplicate it, it cut through the words, not sure what’s happening, please kindly guide us on this, thanks.

2nd – For the icon box, I’ve set it to align center (icon),but I found that the icon is align right when I open the website with my phone. – same things happen for this page too – http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/home-default/
