Please can you update this ticket, in a private reply, with SFTP / FTP credentials so I can look into this for you. Also please can you check which PHP version you are running with your host? If you’re running PHP version 5.x please upgrade to 7.X – if you’re running 7.2 please try downgrading to 7.1 or 7.0
