So, the reason for the HARSH comment was two fold. 1) i’m not impressed. 2) your preference to ASSUME that its my hosting vs. being accountable. … I’ve read it in your comments back to people on the site and then again here in my email.

it can’t be a setting from a hosting panel, it failed on my remote host, so i setup a local WP installation and it still fails (out of the box). Why don’t YOU try setting a default WP installation, no plugins, no additional themes, and add yours. Then come back and tell me that it works.

Hi, I am sorry to hear about your experience. Can you provide me temporary access to your hosting cpanel to check?

I just did a clean install and no problems. I just want to see what errors you are experiencing. If I can’t solve it for you then I will guide you on how to start a refund request.
