Double User Registration Notification in Activity Feed

Im seeing 2 notifications in the activity feed for every user that is registered. Any thoughts on fixing/debugging this?

W3 total cache. If possible I would love to turn off:

-new member notifications
-profile updated notifications
-profile picture changed notifications
-friend connection notifications

That would solve two “problems” at once.

Hello, you could try https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-notifications-manager/
And if you have object cache enabled, try to disable it, it conflicts with buddypress sometimes
