Easier Profile Photo Upload

Having member upload a profile photo has always been a challenge mainly because it is not simple and it is confusing where to upload or edit your photo.  It would be great to have a ‘+’ sign on the profile photo circle that would either let them upload the photo directly there or link them to the profile upload page.
