EAW Posts Grid – No Image

Hi,  I have dragged and dropped the EAW Posts Grid onto the template using Elementor.  However, the images and videos don’t show.  I can see the “Image Preview” image.  When the sites viewed there’s no image or “Image Preview”.  I have assured the “Hide” commands set at no.  When I reset the “Hide” command to yes the “Image Preview” image goes away.  Finally, the video does show on the page in the post slider just not in the post grid.  Can you please assist me with getting the pics and videos to show on the page?

Thanks for contacting us about issues you’re facing with the third party plugin Elementor Addons & Widgets. I’ve looked at your site but it is not immediately clear to me where I might find the page in question where I can see the error, please let me know the page URL so I can assist you.

Also, as this is a third party plugin that is not developed by the Elementor team please consider opening a support ticket on their WordPress plugin page which can be found here https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor-addon-widgets. I can see that their plugin has not been updated for a month and therefore may have issues with the latest version of Elementor.

Thanx, for the response. It’s the Homepage. It’s the EAW section that has the Post title: Video used as media for blog article. There’s supposed to be a video above the title. Down below you can see the same post on the carousel with video. The plug in as an option to not have images but I’ve set that to show images. I will post on the site you provided.
