I need to edit the features list available to my members on the Membership Levels page. I’ve searched through the support and find nothing helpful about this. I know the features list is generated in Memberships, but where? There must be code or a translation that can change what is listed.
I tried creating price tables with several different plugins but wasn’t satisfied with them. Any help you can give is appreciated.
Thanks!
March 31, 2017 at 21:31 #157327LauraModeratorHello, you can choose to not show them at Sweetdate > Memberships and just add your own features to the description 🙂

April 2, 2017 at 19:43 #157399ElijehParticipantThanks for the info. I restricted visibility at Sweetdate > Memberships and added my own features to the description, but that part didn’t work. I’ve attached a screenshot of what happened. My features are all bunched into the first row of the features list. How do I get them to display as one feature per row?

I’ve been hoping to hear from you to help me with the issue I mentioned just above. Thanks

April 5, 2017 at 01:05 #157632ElijehParticipantNo it doesn’t help – sorry. I followed the instructions but the code doesn’t do anything. It doesn’t seem like the full code is there. Here’s what I see: <li class=”bullet-item”>Edit here Is this the correct and complete code?
Do I use the code for each item? ie: <li class=”bullet-item”>View Member Directory
<li class=”bullet-item”>View Member Profiles etc.April 6, 2017 at 18:05 #157812LauraModeratorHello, yes the last part is missing, you need to close it with < / li > all together

April 11, 2017 at 20:04 #158226ElijehParticipantHi Laura, I’m attaching a jpg of what my Membership Table (levels) looks like after I did what you instructed.
I want my Table to look exactly the same as the default table, just with different level features listed.
I’ve wasted hours and hours of time on this, so I’m really hoping you’ll be able to help me correct it quickly!

April 17, 2017 at 21:10 #158689ElijehParticipantHi Laura, I appreciate the help you’ve given me and I hope you won’t mind telling me how to do one more thing. I have two membership levels: Basic and Premium. Premium is a paid level and has more features. I want to show all the features on both levels, but have the Premium ones greyed out on the Basic level.
So the Basic level will have all the features, but only a few will have a check mark. The rest will be greyed out.
Thanks!
April 18, 2017 at 23:38 #158881LauraModeratorHello, you can change that at Sweetdate > Memberships, just choose what levels have certain features and the checkbox will be grey

April 19, 2017 at 01:15 #158893ElijehParticipantHi Laura, I should have mentioned that my list of features is very different than the default ones so they don’t show up in Sweetdate > Memberships.
April 20, 2017 at 22:04 #159146LauraModeratorHello, there are no selectors for custom features, so you should use the description section of the membership level 🙂
