Edit Home Register Form

I would like to change de text of Home Register Form. I have already change that by editing the template located in wp-content/themes/sweetdate/page-parts/home-register-form.php. But the change does not appear on the page after saving and updating the file via FTP! Could you help me, please!

Hello, you need to edit it using elementor, please go to Pages > Home > Edit with elementor then click the red box which is the register form ( its located below the search form ) and then change the message 🙂
